Working at Elo
Elo invented the touchscreen over 40 years ago. Today, we remain focused on everything touch. We rely on our employees to continue this charge by innovating, collaborating and implementing new ways to make the touch experience even better. We’re passionate about our products, move quickly and decisively, and we want our employees to see and celebrate the positive ways Elo products play a part in their everyday lives. Headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, our corporate offices are located in Milpitas, California. Additionally, we have offices in Knoxville, Rochester, Dallas and in many countries around the globe.
Benefits You Can Count On
Benefits are an important part of your compensation. At Elo, we provide comprehensive benefit options that give you choices, can help you save for the future, and that enable a healthy work/life balance.
Our Health Benefits
Whether you’re single, in a growing family, or nearing retirement, Elo offers a variety of comprehensive and competitive benefit options and a flexible plan design. Employees can handpick medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance and disability plans that are right for them.
Paid Time Off
When it comes to needing time off, we all have different needs that reflect our individual lifestyles and situations. In addition to paid holidays, Elo’s PTO program gives you the flexibility to take time off for vacation, personal days, and sick days to use as you choose.
Elo offers educational assistance so employees can increase their knowledge and skills, and prepare for potential opportunities for development within the company.
As a global company we offer competitive health and welfare, pension, income protection and employee recognition programs in our larger locations.
For the US, Elo hires the most qualified candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction as to a particular employer. This group consists of U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. legal permanent residents, temporary residents granted legalization under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, those who have been granted asylum, and refugees. For foreign nationals who do not fall in one of the above categories, we limit our hiring of persons requiring visa sponsorship. These individuals are defined as those currently on a non-immigrant visa (e.g., H-1, J-1, L-1, F-1, TN) at the MS and PhD levels (or those who have equivalent work experience) and are applying for positions for which there is a demonstrated shortage of qualified U.S. candidates.
Elo provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected status.
Elo does not accept resumes from agencies or headhunters that have not signed a formal fee agreement or contract. Our agency base is limited to specific hiring needs. Therefore, any resume received from an unapproved agency, headhunter or recruiting vendor will be considered unsolicited, and Elo will not be obligated to pay a contingent or referral fee.
