On November 18th the EloView team will release a major update to EloView 4 that includes the following new features and enhancements:
Device and Group Management
You can now...
Deploy Elo Pay TMS configurations in bulk
Enables bulk deployment of payment application configurations at the account level for Elo Pay devices through TMS (Currently supports First Data configurations exclusively).
Clone device groups
Cloned device groups will inherit all configurations and content from the group it was cloned from. The cloned group can be renamed and customized before saving, simplifying large-scale deployments

Utilize support for international phone numbers
Added support for phone number formats that exceed 10 digits (including country code) in account and device settings
Configure Screen Timeout setting on Android devices
Screen Timeout dropdown added to device settings page. Screen timeout options include: Never, 15s, 30s, 1m, 2m, 5m, 10m, 30m
Use advanced queries to find devices
Added support for names with spaces, brackets and/or multiple terms. Search queries now display clearer results and improved delay handling
Leverage updated Apps Tab in Device Details
Refreshed color scheme and text styling to be more consistent for improved readability
Additional EloView support for IDS-04/54 Devices

Control the Device Orientation
Orientation added to device settings menu, options include Landscape and Portrait
- Updated Battery Level percentages to be consistent for more precise device health tracking
- Improved calculation for number of devices and/or licenses in an EloView account
- Resolved an issue preventing users from removing tags on specific devices running build 7.000.003.0009+gen5p
- Resolved an issue causing incorrect search results when spaces were present while searching for content
- Resolved an issue causing a black bar to appear on screen when screen density was changed
- Removed “Powered by EloView” tagline when a custom logo is uploaded
- Custom column configurations on Devices and Content pages will now persist over multiple sessions
Method of Distribution
The update will be applied on November 18 from 5pm–8pm Pacific Time / November 19 from 2am–5am Central European Time. During this time, EloView services will be unavailable. There will be no impact on scheduled content or devices already deployed in the field.
